Friendly staff were helpful throughout our stay.
We had a very unsettling experience upon checking in. Our room was not cleaned properly, and the bedding looked as if someone had just left. When I complained, they did offer to move us to a new room, but the lack of attention to detail left us feeling uneasy for the duration of our stay.
